1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped, containing tracking information where applicable.
Processing times may increase slightly during peak seasonal periods or promotional sales.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Delivery: 3-5 Business Days with a flatrate calculated at Checkout.
Final shipping costs for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on location and parcel weight.
3. Local Pickup
In-store or warehouse pickup options are available during standard business hours.
Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID when collecting your order.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will update automatically at checkout once your destination address is entered.
Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties, value-added tax (VAT), or customs fees incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Order Tracking & Status
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a unique tracking code.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active in the courier's system.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and items immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
